WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

The beautiful part of this answer is WE DON'T HAVE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES!  The not so glamorous part of this answer is although we don't have minimums it just means that pricing per unit will be higher.  Have no fear however, this is common when you hear "NO MINIMUMS".  It isn't often that a new product or budding product makes money on its pilot or initial runs so don't lose your lunch over the initial pricing for low quantities.  We can spread the overhead cost however and ensure that you are getting the best pricing available or run it back to back with other similar runs to bring that pricing down. 

WHAT IS TOLLING?

Simply put, tolling is a term used to describe an arrangement where a customer drops all their materials off with us and it magically appears on their doorstep as a finished product in picture perfect condition! 

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

From the time we receive all packaging materials and/or raw materials off testing ( per lot raw material samples tested for food born pathogens).  We can get it back in your eager hands within two to three weeks.  But lets be real here, although we pride ourselves on processes that reduce the risk of failure, poop happens, machines break down, people have kidney stones, babies, bad bad dental hygiene and other outside elements that are outside the company's sphere of influence.  Rest assured however, you can bet we've anticipated such events and have a plan B to stay on track as closely as possible. We'll be the little know it all in science class with his/her hand up first to let you know when something does happen.
